In addition, I understand that CallOut, LLC and/or its agents may conduct a background check to verify my information. If a background check is required, I agree to cooperate with CallOut, LLC by completing all necessary authorization forms regarding the same.

I also understand that the use of illegal drugs is prohibited during employment. If CallOut, LLC policy requires, I am willing to submit to drug testing to detect the use of illegal drugs prior to and during employment.

In compliance with the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986, I understand that I will be required to provide approved documentation that verifies my right to work in the United States prior to my first day of employment.

I agree that if I am hired, I will be an at-will employee. As such, both I and CallOut, LLC may terminate the employment relationship at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. I understand that no manager or representative of CallOut, LLC, other than its owner, has any authority to enter into any agreement for employment for any specified period of time or make any agreement contrary to the foregoing either now, in the past or in the future. I further understand that such an agreement must be in writing and signed by the owner for it to be binding on either myself or CallOut, LLC. I further understand that this statement supersedes any prior oral or written understanding and bars any future oral understanding to the contrary.
