Having worked in the industry, I realized the system was fractured,” recalled Ryan Hunt, Founder and CEO of Rig CallOut. “I, and virtually every supplier in the industry, spent so much time finding and tracking trucks, and putting out fires related to late deliveries and false information, I hardly had time to grow my business. I recognized that communication and complete transparency was lacking. So I made a decision to change the way the industry does business for the better.”
With Rig CallOut’s application, users enter details of their shipments and add everyone involved in that particular shipment to the system. Everyone gets automated updates and real-time details. This allows the people on the rig site expecting the deliveries to better plan for the arrival of their equipment and products ahead of time.
